Job Summary

The Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Program helps Mohave County prepare for and respond to health emergencies. Our goal is to protect the health and safety of residents and visitors by:
Planning ahead for emergencies.
Working with community partners.
Reducing risks before they happen
Sharing clear, timely information
We focus on building strong systems, so our community is ready before an emergency happens.

About the position

Under general supervision performs work of moderate difficulty and assists with the planning of disaster response/crisis management activities; this position has department specific responsibility.

Salary Range: R16/S1-7 $24.42 - $29.15

Hours: 32 Hours a week - 8-hour shifts

During emergencies or required travel for training, schedules may vary .
- This position follows a non-traditional workweek and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
