The Mohave County Human Resources Department is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and strategic leader to serve as our Risk Manager. This key leadership position is responsible for protecting County employees, operations, and assets through the development and administration of comprehensive risk management, safety, workers’ compensation, and compliance programs. The successful candidate will provide forward-thinking leadership, foster a culture of safety and accountability, and collaborate across departments to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risk.
