Description
The IT Project Manager III is responsible for advanced project management work planning, organizing, and executing large size and complex information technology projects with organizational wide impact and significant complexity, costs, time constraints, internal and external staffing requirements, and equipment including software and hardware. Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description:Salary Ranges from $54.37 to $83.64 per hour- Lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for conducting a needs assessment and analysis of business processes and requirements. Define and document functional and technical specifications for new systems.
- Develop and document project scope, including setting deadlines and prioritizing tasks. Obtain approval of the project plan.
- Provide matrix management and coordination to direct consultants and project team, including assignments of individual responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions. Allocate resources, create schedules, and establish workflows. Assign and reassign resources to maintain schedule and cost.
- Develop and oversee project budget. Allocate resources, track and approve expenditures, and prepare detailed project budget status reports.
- Develop and prepare reports to track project progress, performance, budget expenditures, and other deliverables. May utilize project planning software.
- Ensures compliance with digital accessibility regulations, requirements, standards and policies when managing the development of projects and related activities. Creates and maintains project procedures and documentation that are accessible to all members of the project team and project stakeholders. Addresses accessibility and usability concerns as needed. Includes accessibility activities in project timelines, milestones, and testing. Supports the development team in prioritizing accessibility in project planning and development.
