Description

Job Summary:

Applying applicable codes and policies in the review of development and building permit applications. Assignments primarily involve the review and processing of land development, zoning and building permit applications, and conducting associated compliance inspections. Work will increase in scope and responsibility with experience.

The salary range for City Planner I is $32.68- $44.12 per hour with a hiring range of $32.68 - $38.40, and the salary range for the City Planner II is $36.60- $49.41 per hour with a hiring range of $36.60 - $43.00 depending on qualifications and experience.

First reading of applicants to take place on Friday, 7.10.26.
