We're looking for a motivated Sr. Administrative Assistant to join the Capital Delivery Division of the City of Fort Worth Water Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and want a role where your work truly matters, this could be the perfect fit. In this position, you'll support the Capital Delivery team responsible for planning, designing, and delivering the projects that keep Fort Worth's water and wastewater systems operating reliably. From payroll and benefits enrollment to recruitment support, employee assistance, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation coordination, you'll play a key part in keeping essential operations moving.

As a vital member of the division, you'll handle daily administrative tasks, HRC/MRC duties and assist with special projects, and contribute to a collaborative, supportive workplace. We're looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who excels independently and within a team, and who brings strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
