Description

Summary of positionServes as the primary support person to the Human Resources Manager responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment and employment law.
Minimum qualifications
Experience and Training
- Any combination of experience, training, and attitude that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Experience:
Three years in a Human Resources position.
Training:
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree and/or PHR/SHRM-CP is highly desirable.
- 3-day weekends! 4/10 schedule
- Ninety-six hours of PTO time
