ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Stanislaus County Employees’ Retirement Association (StanCERA) was established in 1948 and is administered by the Board of Retirement. StanCERA is governed by the County Employees’ Retirement Law of 1937 (CERL) and the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA). StanCERA is a defined benefit plan responsible for administering retirement, disability, death, and survivor benefits to members employed by or formerly employed by its plan sponsors. StanCERA currently has more than 11,000 members and continues to grow.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Part-time extra-help is a provisional classification where permanent status may not be obtained. This position is subject to overtime, standby, shift, and call back assignments and will perform related duties as assigned. This position is non -benefited except for participation in a 401a program with Nationwide.
