Position Summary
Provide administrative and project information support across client operations, including policy implementation, program evaluation, staff training, information management, travel coordination, and event support.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement organizational/administrative policies and procedures.
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend operational improvements.
Provide training and technical assistance to staff.
Support information and records management processes.
Deliver administrative services including office management, facilities coordination, HR support, and budget/finance.
Manage travel processes in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Use IT programs, databases, and computerized systems to support daily operations.
Provide on-site AV technical support for events (connectivity, presentation/media access).
Create and edit audio-visual content such as presentations and videos.
Set up and reset conference, board, and training rooms.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines; identify and resolve complex problems.
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.
Experience creating and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff.
Experience in information and records management.
Experience in office management, facilities management, HR, and/or budget/finance.
Experience with travel management.
Proficiency with a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and commitment to quality customer service.
Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes.
Experience providing on-site AV support during events.
Experience creating/editing presentations and videos.
Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms.
Bachelor's degree in business or information management; related certifications preferred.
