Summary
Taft is seeking an experienced Partner or Counsel to join its Immigration group in the Cincinnati office. Taft is seeking an attorney with 8+ years of experience practicing immigration law, with a strong focus on business/employment-based immigration. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience handling Nonimmigrant visas (e.g., "H-1B", "L-1", "TN", "O-1", "E-2") and Immigrant petitions (e.g., "EB-1", "EB-2", "EB-3", "PERM" labor certifications).Candidates will have strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures (USCIS, DOL, DOS processes) as well as experience managing cases with high attention to detail and deadlines. Ideal candidates will excel in legal research, writing, and analytical skills with strong client communication and case management abilities.
