Notice is hereby given that the Town of Boonton is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq for Municipal Court Judge vacancy with a term ending December 31, 2026. An original and one copy of the respondent's sealed statement of qualifications should be sent to and received by the Municipal Clerk, Elizabeth Bonsiewich, by 11:00 a.m., on August 28, 2026 at 100 Washington Street, Boonton, NJ 07005. The successful applicant shall establish that it is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and has been for a period of not less than five years preceding appointment and meets all requirements as mandated under N.J.S.A. 2b:12-7. The Town reserves the right to conduct interviews with and seek further from any candidates and to waive any information and reject any and all proposals.
