CPO Spear Security Operations is actively fielding resumes for current and upcoming contracts as we continue to expand operations across Florida and beyond. We are seeking disciplined, professional, and experienced candidates to fill the following roles:

SRT Team Operator (Verifiable military and/or law enforcement background required. Must be current or able to pass TS/SCI clearance.)

Important Requirements:

• Valid state security licensing (all positions)
• Verifiable training and experience preferred
• Military, law enforcement, first responder, or specialized security backgrounds strongly encouraged

Employment Package Includes:

• W2 employment with weekly pay
• 401K / ROTH IRA options
• Full uniform clothing bag issue (uniformed field roles)
