Job Title

Monitor passengers in other high-traffic areas

Direct passengers to appropriate lines, checkpoints, counters, or boarding areas

Provide friendly and professional customer assistance to passengers

Identify and escalate operational issues, safety hazards, or service disruptions to leadership

Monitor compliance with safety, security, and airport regulations

Assist during irregular operations, flight delays, cancellations, and peak travel periods

Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume and fast-paced environments

Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years customer service

Security: 1 year (preferred)
