Summary

To support the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), the full-time Customer Engineer, National Security will engage with customers to develop innovative cloud solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and advocate for Google Cloud products while working remotely or from designated office locations in Reston, VA, or Washington D.C.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and qualify business opportunities while developing strategies to resolve technical objections and blockersProvide enterprise infrastructure modernization expertise to support customer relationships and product adoptionGuide customers through assessments of legacy applications and recommend modernization roadmaps and integration strategiesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support roleExperience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions that leverage or integrate generative AIExperience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platformsMust possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
