Will drive own vehicle within Western Washington, with route involving significant driving
Overview
Assist in executing chain and independent resets with reset manager or independently. Involves moving items on the shelf that will have a positive impact on sales and retailer's sales.
Primary Responsibilities
Follow supplier standards and plan-o-grams while placing brands in premium shelf position to maximize sales
Complete reset trackers, recap reset results, and download before/after pictures on Shutterfly software.
Complete required forms for chain resets
Sell in innovation items, brand line extensions, and brand improvement placements within independent accounts
Build self-knowledge of all brands and categories to become a complete consultant to the accounts.
Build new and service existing displays and manage back stock and restock shelves
Product upkeep through rotation and dusting
Carry out verbal/written instructions from appropriate management staff
Maintain accurate reports and adhere to SGWS company policies and procedures
Project a professional appearance while being friendly and helpful
Reset new accounts and on-premise accounts during remodels, peak reset season, and set departments for new stores
Support Territory Managers by providing an implementation of schematics and merchandising of our products
Rotate stock, display products as appropriate per reset schematic
Perform such duties as checking date codes per ensuring adherence to reset plan-o-gram, replacing decals/re-order tags or ads, and placing the point of purchase material
Work with store personnel to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence and build customer goodwill on reset projects
May assist in the transportation and on-site delivery of all materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the assigned reset
Responsible for special reset projects as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to the success of the Sales department and function at SGWS

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, and/or industry experience
Must be able to work flexible hours, i.e., graveyard and swing shifts
Must be able to read the fine print, i.e., shelf tags
Must be able to drive a motor vehicle, maintain insurance equal to SWS standards, and have a valid driver's license.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Demands
Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device
Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 48lbs
This position is deemed a safety-sensitive position. As such, any person who is given a conditional offer of employment will be required to pass a
