Senior Operations SME (Mission Command Exercises)

Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC : SECRET

Provide expert operational input for the development, design, and execution of Mission Readiness Exercises (MRXs).

Advise SOMTC staff on SOF operational concepts, doctrine, and best practices.

Support exercise planning, scenario development, and coordination with participating units.

Ensure MRX products align with training objectives and operational readiness standards.

Assist in after-action reviews and refinement of training effectiveness.

Associate; 15 years of related military experience may substitute.

Graduate of the U.S. Army Special Forces Qualifying Course (Officer 18A, Warrant Officer 180A, or NCO 18-series MOS) AND graduate of a U.S. military intermediate course or Senior Service College; OR graduate of the SF Warrant Officer Advanced Course; OR graduate of the NCOES First Sergeant Course or Sergeants Major Course.

SOF assignment--Special Forces, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, or Special Mission units--OR Military Intelligence, Logistics Corps, Field Artillery, or Department of War (DoW) equivalent.

2 years researching, planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing Mission Readiness Exercises (MRXs).
