Nevada County District Attorney's Office is seeking an Administrative Analyst I that will serve as the Family Justice Center Navigator to join the launch of the Nevada County Family Justice Center (FJC)-an innovative, survivor-centered program that brings multiple agencies together under one roof to provide coordinated, trauma-informed services for individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, stalking, and other forms of interpersonal violence.

As a FJC Navigator, you will be one of the first people survivors meet when they enter the Center. You will provide compassionate support, help individuals understand their options, connect them with critical services, and walk alongside them as they navigate complex legal, medical, housing, and social service systems. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to serving survivors with dignity and respect.

This is a part-time (0.5 FTE), limited-term, grant-funded position.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, economics or a related field from an accredited college or university, and one year of experience in administrative, budget or personnel analysis, preferably in a public agency. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis to a maximum of two years.

Education and Experience Required
