Description * Lead ground‑up and renovation projects from mobilisation to turnover * Own site planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination * Serve as the primary client‑facing representative on site * Enforce safety, quality, and schedule expectations * Partner directly with senior leadership and field support Profile * 5+ years of ground‑up construction experience * Background in retail, commercial, religious, or similar projects * Confident, professional client‑facing communicator * Proven ability to hold subcontractors accountable * Team‑first mindset with long‑term career focus Job Offer $100,000-$135,000 base salary plus travel support * $910/week per diem for lodging and food * $550/month car allowance * High‑trust role with visible career growth as the company scales MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
