Client Overview: Project Types: Commercial renovation, tenant improvement, and interiors construction Project Location: Southeast Wisconsin Project Size: Range from $30K to $10M+ Culture: Centered on stability and longevity for employees Description Direct and coordinate all on-site commercial interior construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining workflow efficiency, resolving issues, and enforcing project specifications. Oversee daily scheduling, site logistics, and material deliveries to support uninterrupted project execution and milestone achievement. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and company safety policies through proactive inspections, training, and documentation. Collaborate with project managers, architects, clients, and inspectors to communicate progress, address field changes, and deliver successful project outcomes.
