The Superintendent - Federal Construction will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and safety standards on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and adherence to project specifications. Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders as required. Manage on-site personnel and foster effective communication among team members. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
