Description The Traveling Superintendent will report to senior operations leadership and partner closely with Project Managers as an equal stakeholder in project success. This Superintendent role offers significant autonomy and responsibility across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from $5M to $30M. Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and daily site operations Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality expectations Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams Drive project planning, sequencing, and schedule execution Oversee quality control and resolve field-related issues proactively Travel throughout Arkansas to support project needs while maintaining a strong client-focused approach Profile For the Traveling Superintendent - Arkansas we are seeking: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Experience delivering projects within healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, defense, education, retail, or institutional sectors Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and field operations independently Experience overseeing projects valued between $5M and $30M preferred Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills A team-oriented individual who values integrity, accountability, and long-term relationships Ability and willingness to travel throughout Arkansas as project needs require Job Offer Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $160,000 Company vehicle or vehicle allowance of approximately $925 per month Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Strong project pipeline with long-term career stability Exposure to diverse commercial project types across multiple sectors Relocation assistance available Supportive leadership team focused on internal promotion and succession planning For traveling assignments, home travel arrangements provided on a regular basis This Traveling Superintendent opportunity is ideal for a construction professional seeking greater ownership, visibility, and a genuine path toward future leadership within a growing organization.
