Summary
Clark Creative Solutions is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program. This effort supports Joint Training System (JTS) execution, readiness reporting, exercise planning, mission assessments, and training support activities across the National Guard enterprise.
Location: National Capital Region Preferred; Remote CONUS Considered
Clearance:Active Secret Clearance Required
Position Overview
The Senior Joint Training Requirements Specialist Lead serves as the senior advisor for Joint Training System programs supporting National Guard readiness initiatives. This position provides expert guidance on training assessments, Joint Training Plans, and training synchronization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years Joint Training or Readiness experience
- 5+ years supporting National Guard, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Service Headquarters
- Experience developing and managing Joint Training Plans
- Expertise in all phases of the Joint Training System
- Experience with Mission Training Assessments (MTA) and Training Proficiency Assessments (TPA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Former Joint Training Officer
- Former J7/J35/J37 staff experience
- Certified Joint Planner
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) graduate
