The Deputy Campaign Manager reports directly to the Campaign Manager and helps run the day-to-day operations of the campaign, with a strong emphasis on managing the finance program and paid field operations. This is a full-time position based in San Antonio, TX. Election Day is November 3, 2026.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy in collaboration with the Campaign Manager. Monitor fundraising progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure the financial needs of the campaign are met.Own fundraising projections and cash flow in conjunction with the Campaign Manager.Manage the Deputy Finance Director on all aspects of the finance program.Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events.
