This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment!This role works directly with the sales and management team and offers hands-on exposure to inventory management and vehicle acquisition. For the right candidate, it can serve as a strong entry point into a long-term career in automotive sales, inventory management, or dealership operations.This is what we offer:Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environmentComprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings accountUnlimited professional training opportunitiesPaid vacation days, sick days, and holidaysOpportunity for advancement in a growing companyBrand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipmentHere is what an ordinary day of work may look like:Move, organize, stage, and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory throughout the dealership lot and showroomsPrepare vehicles for customer deliveries, photos, displays, and test drivesInspect vehicles for damage prior to parking and customer delivery, and report any findings to management immediatelyReceive vehicles from transportation companies and process related paperwork as neededHelp ensure inventory is accurately represented online and in internal dealership systemsAssist managers with inventory audits, physical inventory, vehicle locations, keys, and documentationSupport the acquisition of pre-owned vehicles by researching vehicles and assisting with the buying processPick up, transport, fuel, and move dealership vehicles with care and responsibilityLearn and utilize dealership inventory, appraisal, and CRM softwareCheck keys in and out of the appropriate key box machineWelcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous mannerThe opportunity is for you if you have:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and close attention to detailA self-motivated, dependable, and professional approach to workA positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfactionA clear focus on delivering high-quality workProficiency with Microsoft OfficeThe ability to lift up to 10-25 poundsA valid driver's licenseWillingness to complete a drug test and criminal background checkPay Range for this role: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
