Summary

Location: Washington, DC Metro Area / RemoteSchedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ETClearance: Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust/SuitabilityEursdale Companies, LLC is seeking Compliance Investigator / Program Support Analysts to support a Department of Homeland Security program responsible for reviewing and processing civil rights and civil liberties complaints.Responsibilities: Review and process complaints and correspondence; enter and maintain case information in Government databases; identify and summarize key issues for review; assist with complaint triage and case tracking; prepare reports and case summaries; edit referral, closure, and investigative documents; and safeguard sensitive and personally identifiable information.Minimum Qualifications: At least one year of administrative, executive assistant, data-entry, paraprofessional, analytical, or similar experience ; strong writing and issue-spotting skills; experience maintaining accurate data and records; excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines; and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Preferred: Experience with civil rights, EEO, compliance investigations, legal support, complaint processing, case management, inspector general activities, healthcare complaints, or regulatory programs.All positions are contingent upon contract award and DHS suitability approval.#J-18808-Ljbffr
