Summary
Pilot Program Coordinator
Assist in planning and executing pilot programs.
Plan, coordinate, and execute pilot tests of the cloud-based medical software in selected healthcare facilities.
Monitor and document the performance, usability, and user feedback during pilot phases.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, escalating to the development team when necessary.
Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for software improvement.
Work closely with the product and development teams to refine features and resolve any identified issues.
Develop detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Lead the deployment process, ensuring all steps are completed on schedule and within scope.
Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure software working with existing systems and infrastructure.
Conduct system configurations and optimizations tailored to each facility's needs.
Provide hands-on technical support during the deployment phases, resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, software configuration, and user access.
Support IT staff on software functionality and best practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and deployment checklists.
Ensure that all deployments adhere to healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintain high standards of data security and privacy.
