Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Consultant with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Expertise in overall ServiceNow technology, specifically in US – HCS - HCM
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow eBonding and its implementation.
• Strong proficiency in configuring and deploying solutions in Azure Cloud and Azure Government environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and Azure (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and processes.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client needs in US Healthcare & Life Science Management (HCS) and US Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow eBonding and its integration with client systems.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to align with client requirements.
• Implement solutions in Azure Cloud and Azure Government environments, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure successful deployment and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends.
