Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified and committed Armed Security Officer (With LEOSA HR-218) to join our security team in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce security protocols.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and critical incidents.
• Conduct preventative patrols on and around grounds.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain operational documentation
Required Licenses and Certifications:
• Valid HR218 certification.
• Current North Carolina Armed Guard Card.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in military service, law enforcement, security, corrections, or emergency response.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods both indoors and outdoors.
Skills and Competencies:
• Advanced tactical and firearms training.
• Intermediate knowledge of emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency with incident reporting and documentation tools.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead in crisis situations.
