Schedule Options (MondayFriday):

1. Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 PM
2. Shift: 4:00 PM 10 PM
3. Shift: 10:00 PM 6 AM (overnight)

Job Description: We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating operations, communicating with drivers/field staff, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to service requests
• Dispatch drivers or personnel in an efficient and timely manner
• Monitor schedules and track job progress
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Handle issues or delays professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Prior dispatch or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Dependable and punctual
