Our field operations team is the face of our brand professionals who are safety-focused, customer-obsessed, and ready to take on a wide variety of opportunities. What You'll Do:

• Provide on-site management for large-scale shuttles, special events, transit projects, and other transportation services.
• Coordinate with clients, internal management, and drivers to deliver a seamless transportation experience.
• Monitor field operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact service.
• Provide real-time support to drivers, including route guidance, schedule adjustments, and operational assistance.
• Maintain exceptional customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and passengers on site.

Qualifications:

• A flexible, dependable professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. A commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service excellence.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, or customer-facing operations is preferred.
• Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements is preferred, but not required. Candidates willing to obtain their CDL are encouraged to apply.
• Open and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight or on-call assignments, as our operation serves customers 24/7.
