As a Screener in an aerospace and defense location, you will help monitor entry activity, screen people and/or items, and support a professional environment through strong communication and attention to detail. This role offers the chance to stay visible, assist with security-related concerns, and deliver customer service that reflects Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and caring culture built on teamwork and integrity.Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with established protocols for an aerospace and defense environment.Monitor access points and verify credentials, badges, and/or required documentation before allowing entry to restricted or controlled areas.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the proper chain of command when needed.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations.
