We welcome you to submit your qualifications for this great Evergreen Fire and Security career opportunity.The OpportunityThis opportunity as a Traveling Security Specialist Site Lead is perfect for an experienced low-voltage technician with Site Lead experience who enjoys traveling!The ResponsibilitiesLead onsite execution from mobilization to turnoverWork closely with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiencyIdentify and communicate change orders and field conditionsOversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user trainingManage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materialsDirect subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectationsRun complex installations with confidence and accountabilityMentor and support crews in the fieldInstalls, repairs, tests, and maintains security projectsServes as the face of Evergreen to our customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product trainingEnsures safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulationsHandles service orders and project administrationPerforms follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspectionThe NecessitiesStrong background in low-voltage system installationProven experience leading crews and running jobs independentlyWillingness to travelA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to travel extensivelyElectrical wiring experienceStrong communication skills to interface with customersAbility to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirementsValid driver's licenseAbility to pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screeningsGreat to HavePrior experience working on government contracts or military basesU.S. government clearanceThe BenefitsHere at Evergreen, we pay competitive wages and benefits, but we also go the extra mile for our Technicians, and even more so for those who travel frequently.
