Junior Targeting Analyst

Amentum is looking for TOP SECRET-cleared Junior Targeting Analysts with demonstrated experience supporting CBP's National Targeting Center or similar operations. These Junior Targeting Analysts support CBP's efforts to keep dangerous people and goods out of the United States. Strong candidates should possess a combination of the following:
- 1-3 years' experience supporting targeting intelligence and/or law enforcement
- Direct experience supporting CBP, with experience at National Targeting Center strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CBP NTC tools and systems including ACE, AES, ATS/ATS-G, ESTA, SEACATS, and/or UPAX.
- Experience in passenger, cargo, and network analysis
- Experience developing analytical reports, briefs, and studies
- Experience with analytical tools including I2 and Palantir
- Active or past CBP Background Investigation is preferred. Strong proficiency with SharePoint and other file management and information sharing systems/tools
Required/Preferred:
- Bachelor's or higher degree
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in intelligence working issues directly applicable to the NTC mission set and/or in targeting roles specifically
- Experience/skills relevant to targeting analysis for a U.S. Government entity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Must have an Active Top-Secret SCI with DHS suitability US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; handle or feel objects; and write. Ability to Lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, carry, stoop, kneel, climb, etc
Compensation Details: $65,000-$75,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
