As a County Caseworker 1 with the Columbia-Montour-Snyder-Union Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities Unit, you will help individuals and families work toward healthier and more stable lives. This position introduces you to the world of community support while allowing you to develop strong skills in case management. Description Of Work

This position focuses on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or serious mental illness by helping them access resources and services in their homes and communities. The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills to assist people in reaching a better quality of life. As a County Caseworker 1, you will perform the following duties:
