Do the most important work of your career, helping safeguard the world's most important organizations and individuals against risk.This is not a cyber security or data analysis position.Onsite Shiftwork (including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to meet the 24/7/365 needs of the GSOC.What You Will Do:Support a 24/7/365 GSOC , monitoring global events, alerts, and emerging security threats.Assess and prioritize incidents to determine potential impact to people, operations, and assets.Monitor intelligence and global news to identify and communicate e merging risks.Manage and elevate incidents in accordance with best practices and client-specific procedures.Prepare accurateincident reports, briefings, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.Maintain detailed documentation and effective handoffs across 24/7 operations.Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to support timely and effective incident response.What You Will Bring:1–3 years of experience in intelligence, security operations, threat assessment, incident response, or a related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information-gathering skills, with the ability to quickly assess and prioritize large volumes of information.Ability to multitask, take initiative, and remain calm and effective in a fast‑paced environment.Knowledge of global news, current events, and geopolitical developments.Excellent written, verbal, documentation, and customer-service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with geographic mapping/GIS tools.Familiarity with security and incident monitoring tools preferred.International travel experience preferred.Information SecurityAdhere to applicable information security procedures and policies as updated from time to time on the ISMS.Report any information security incidents or potential information security threats to the Information Security Officer.Take a proactive approach to information security.Education RequirementsInformation SecurityProtect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Crisis24 is dedicated to equal opportunity in employment.
