MPP employees serve at the pleasure of the campus President. MPPs do not serve a probationary period and never receive permanent status.

Position Salary Range: $8,702 - $13,053 per month

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $9,700 - $10,800 per month.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

About the Department/Position:

The Office of Equity and Inclusion is seeking a dedicated professional to join the team: Deputy Title IX Coordinator/DHR Administrator. OEI champions inclusive excellence and equal access to education and employment for students, staff, and faculty. Under the general direction of the Executive Director of the Office of Equity and Inclusion, the Deputy Title IX Coordinator/DHR Administrator serves as the Executive Director’s operational second in command and assists with compliance with CSU policies encompassing Title IX, and Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation (DHR). The Deputy Title IX Coordinator/DHR Administrator performs trauma informed intake meetings, oversses Formal and Alternative Resolutions, and in particular the management of timely, high quality, fair, and thorugh investigations. The incumbent independently performs complex investigations and reviews, analyzes, and evaluates investigative plans, investigative reports, and other documents for accuracy, completeness, quality, and consistency with applicable laws and University policies in collaboration with the Executive Director.
