About This Position

Austin Housing is seeking a Financial Analyst III to join the Asset Management, Compliance, and Monitoring Division. This division supports the financial and operational oversight of a portfolio of affordable multi-family housing by analyzing performance, tracking compliance, and assisting in identifying emerging issues and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, real estate operations, contract review, budgeting, third party reporting, site observations, and operational assessments, with a solid understanding of real estate development and property performance fundamentals.

Financial Analyst III

Purpose:

Coordinates and develops budget process deliverables. Provides financial information to management by planning, developing, interpreting, monitoring, processing and reporting financial and budget information for use by management.

Pay Range: Entry : $71,630 to Mid-Range $90,980 (annual)
