About This Position

Austin Housing is seeking a Financial Analyst IV to join the Asset Management, Compliance, and Monitoring Division. This division oversees the financial and operational performance of a diverse portfolio of affordable multi family housing to achieve strategic goals, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial analysis, real estate operations, contract review, risk assessment, budgeting, third party reporting, site evaluations, and operational assessments, with a strong foundation in real estate development and portfolio performance oversight.

Job Description:

Financial Analyst IV

Purpose:

Develop and prepare long range financial forecasts, revenue estimates, rate recommendations, expenditure trends, economic forecasts, computer financial models and other complex financial and statistical analysis.

Pay Range: Entry : $80,490 to Mid-Range $94,962 (annual)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) - Telework opportunities may be available after an initial training period.
