Purpose:

This position is responsible for supervising the accounts payable function, including activities such as the timely payment of all vendor invoices and expense vouchers and the maintenance of accurate records and reports.

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will support the Utility Supply Chain Division, providing essential administrative and logistical services for both field and office staff. This role requires strong time-management, organization, and multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. Key duties supervising the accounts payable function, including activities such as the timely payment of all vendor invoices and expense vouchers and the maintenance of accurate records and reports. Success in this role requires professionalism, the ability to anticipate needs, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Pay Range: $30.70 - $38.37 per hour

Position(s) will be filled at the following location: Waller Creek Center, 625 E 10th St, Austin, TX
