Job Summary:Color Guard Instructor for the High School

Essential Duties

• Assist with recruiting students to enroll in the Color Guard program.
• Coordinate Crimson Tide Marching Band Color Guard auditions, choreograph routines, and teach routines.
• Plan and deliver a Color Guard curriculum
• Assist with administrative duties such as organizing apparel orders and scheduling performances, family outreach, attendance, etc.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience teaching Color Guard lessons
• Ability to stay organized to plan events,
• Knowledge of Color Guard techniques and pedagogy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Color Guard experience

Dates: June 1, 2026-May 31, 2027. SY 26-27
