This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Anderson, IN, with primary in-office duties at the Madison County Prosecutor's Office and some flexibility for work from home as approved.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law and Criminal Law, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and court rules.Knowledge of Criminal Justice principles and procedures, including investigation, evidence handling, and trial practice.Ability to provide clear, well-reasoned Legal Advice to law enforcement and other stakeholders.Basic Accounting or financial literacy skills to review restitution claims, financial records, or economic crime evidence.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Indiana, or eligibility for admission within a defined timeframe.Demonstrated ethical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to fair and impartial prosecution.Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, including courtroom presentation and legal drafting.Ability to manage a substantial caseload, prioritize tasks, and meet court deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfort working in a hybrid setting, using legal and office technology securely from both office and home locations.Prior experience in criminal litigation, prosecution, or public sector legal work is preferred but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
