POSITION: Open-Source Intelligence AnalystLOCATION: Redstone ArsenalTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: May be required to travelSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NoOverviewCintel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide support to our government customer and their mission.Specific Duties Associated With This Position Are As FollowsIdentify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reportsConduct analysis in support of operational activities to assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information concerning counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems and/or facilitiesAnalyze information received to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to answer these gaps via appropriate collection meansSupport intelligence inquiries under the direction of the appropriate team leadWhen appropriate, prepare intelligence information reportsConduct intelligence briefings to personnel as requiredRequired QualificationsA minimum of (8) years of related experience support intelligence analysis as an agent or analystWorks independently and/or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problemsRecent analytical report drafting and analysis experience to include Q&AClearance: Final Top Secret with SCI eligibilityDesired SkillsExperience providing intelligence analysis support to vetting and/or research, development, and acquisitionsA minimum of (8) years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/projectA bachelors degree or higherCulture RequirementsEngineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self‐organized.
