Are you an experienced food service leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams? We are looking for a Project Manager - Food Service to oversee daily operations, lead employees, and ensure exceptional service delivery at a government contract site.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead all aspects of food service operations and contract performance.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Schedule and supervise staff to ensure service requirements are met.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and operational resources.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, OSHA standards, and food service regulations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with government customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
  • Create and maintain reports, records, and required documentation.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in food service operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a government or military environment.
  • Experience supervising diverse workforces, including individuals with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of food service compliance and quality standards.
