Boone County Prosecutor's Office – Deputy Prosecutor PositionWe are excited to announce the opportunity to join the Boone County Prosecutor's Office as a Deputy Prosecutor Attorney. This pivotal role involves managing Level 6 felony and misdemeanor cases in our Circuit Court, contributing to the upholding of justice within our community. We are seeking individuals with a Juris Doctor degree who are licensed to practice law in Indiana. While previous prosecution experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for application.The position offers a competitive base salary range of $99,671 to $111,853 based upon experience and qualifications. Additionally, our deputy prosecutors benefit from enrollment in the Public Employees' Retirement Fund (PERF), comprehensive county benefits, and other BCPO-specific fringe benefits.Professional growth is a cornerstone of our office culture. Therefore, we provide extensive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) opportunities funded by the office.
