Duties

You will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with the Navy Personnel Command, My Navy Career Center, and Regional and Transaction Support Centers pertaining to military manpower and personnel actions.

You will provide guidance to command personnel and leadership on changes to Navy Pay and Personnel Policies.

You will coordinate with military members and their family members to update eligibility requirements.

You will manage, coordinate, review and track all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

You will manage the Command Ethics Program by providing oversight, administrative guidance to cognizant departments and training new employees.

You will review and prepare documents for military transfer packages, personnel awards, special programs and overseas screenings.
