** This is a temporary position currently funded through June 20, 2027. Continuation beyond that date is subject to future budget approval. ** Position Summary: The CAPE Operations Coordinator supports the operations of the Communications and Public Engagement (CAPE) Office by managing communications and engagement tools and systems, coordinating performance measurement and reporting, and overseeing workflows and processes. This position provides the systems, data, tools, and operational infrastructure that enables CAPE staff to effectively plan, manage, evaluate, and deliver communications and public engagement initiatives.
The Operations Coordinator serves as a resource across the CAPE office and reports to the CAPE Director. The position works collaboratively with staff to ensure systems and processes are efficient, data is accurate and accessible, and the office has reliable information to support workload management and decision-making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Administers and supports CAPE technology platforms and digital tools.
- Maintains system configurations, user access, templates, and workflows.
- Supports implementation of new technology, tools, and automated processes.
- Collects, organizes, validates, and maintains communications and engagement data.
- Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and data-tracking tools.
- Develops and maintains workflows, forms, templates, and operational resources.
- Organizes and maintains shared resources, SOPs, playbooks, training materials, and institutional knowledge.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILIITES: Knowledge of: Business operations, process improvement, project coordination, data management, and related practices.
Ability to: Learn, administer, and optimize technology platforms; collect, organize, analyze, and communicate data; develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support informed decision-making; and exercise sound judgment when working with data and systems.
Skills in: Organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, data accuracy, and effective use of technology and information systems.
Technology:
The position may work with systems and platforms including Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Constant Contact, Hootsuite, online survey and engagement platforms, databases, and other communications and project management technologies.
SALARY : $32.22/Hour
