MPP employees serve at the pleasure of the campus President. MPPs do not serve a probationary period and never receive permanent status.

Position Salary Range: $7,678 - $11,516 per month

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $8,000 - $8,138 per month.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

About the Department/Position:

Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President of Academic Advising and Career Development (AVP AACD), the Director of the Toro Success Collaborative (TSC) strategically leads efforts to build the digital infrastructure that supports cross-divisional, equity and student-centered collaborations that drive student and career success. In concert with the AVP AACD, the Director strategically manages the EAB Navigate platform, operationalizing in this platform the interdivisional collaborations that span the Student Success Centers and other critical care units in the EAB ecosystem that form the backbone of the TSC. The incumbent provides strategic guidance to help realize TSC as a holistic platform for student success and provides periodic reports to the campus community about our shared progress. In conjunction with critical campus partners, the Director leverages understandings of evidence-informed assessment and analysis, along with models of institutional improvement and responsiveness, like the Culturally Engaging Campus Environment and HSI Servingness approaches, in order to ensure a holistic approach that supports the Going Far Together strategic plan. The incumbent will serve on the AACD organization's leadership team and be responsible for leading strategic discussions related to implementing campaigns, messaging, and their assessment through the platform for purposes related to student success, organizational improvement, and support of (re)enrollment.

This position may require flexible work schedule especially during the Fall and Spring semesters that includes evening hours and possibly weekend hours.
