Firefighter/EMT Starting Salary:

Starting salary is $51,000.

Top-out pay is $84,264 after 8 years of completed service.

Firefighter/Paramedic Starting Salary:

Starting salary is $59,736.

Top out pay is $93,000 after 8 years of completed service.

Sign-on Bonus: Firefighter/Paramedic upon completion of department preceptorship paramedic program, $1,500.

Lateral Firefighter/EMT or Firefighter/Paramedic:

Lateral transfer firefighter/EMT or firefighter/paramedic can receive all or partial credit for paid previous years of service at the discretion of the Fire Chief.

This position requires a current CPAT at time of application and a FSEE (Fire Service Entrance Exam). CPAT and FSEE testing can be done at the location of your choice.
