Position: Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management
Effective Date: August 18, 2025 (Fall Semester)
Salary: The Assistant Professor (Academic Year) classification salary range is $71,100 - $151,128/per year. The anticipated hiring range is $133,000 to $137,000/per year. Salary offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Department of Management and Human Resource Management at California State University, Long Beach is accepting applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management position. While all HRM and OB-related teaching expertise will be considered, expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion or Total Rewards would strongly complement our current faculty’s expertise and interests.

The Department of Management and Human Resource Management is an interdisciplinary department comprised of tenured/tenure-track faculty, full-time lecturers, and adjunct instructors who work together to serve CSULB students by developing high-quality courses in management, human resource management, and supply chain management.
