HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,840 to $79,684 (Estimated Annual Salary)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise logistics operations including freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control under limited supervision.
- Conduct team meetings.
- Evaluate and recommend changes in preferred work methods to increase productivity of dispatch operations.
- Assist in new associate training.
- Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift.
- Have a thorough working knowledge of the site’s operating systems to ensure operational compliance and correct exception resolution.
- Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Maintain files and records; collects, calculates, and submit timesheets.
- Assist with reports and correspondence; collaborates with recycling programs and events.
- Observes driver’s work performance; conduct annual evaluations and execute disciplinary actions as needed.
- Report all incidents to the MRF Operations Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Requirements High School or GED graduate.
- Requires two years or more supervisory experience.
- CDL (Class B) License required.
- County will train appropriate candidate.
