Pay Range: $66,328 - $74,980 annual compensation

Workdays & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; Some evening/weekend work required.

A Project Control Specialist II job is available with the City of Fort Worth Transportation and Public Works Department’s Capital Delivery Division. The position will perform scheduling, reporting, and other project control activities during a capital project’s lifecycle and work closely with project managers and support staff. The project Control Specialist provides technical input for the City’s control system (Primavera P6). This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in project scheduling and gain hands-on experience with large-scale capital projects, including exposure to Primavera P6 and City project construction management.

This position qualifies for the following incentives which is separate from the base pay:

Sign-On Incentive of: $2,000 ***50% paid after the completion of first pay period, 50% paid after the completion of 6 months of employment. ***

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in scheduling tools (such as Primavera-P6 and MS Project) or work as project controls for construction, oil and gas, civil, and IT projects.

Physical Demand

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
